Shimoda Wellness Retreat
with Dominica Serigano and Yuko Sugeta
June 3 – 5, 2022
Nurture Yourself in Nature
Held in Shimoda near the bottom tip of Izu Peninsula, this wellness retreat is a unique opportunity to both relax and immerse yourself in modalities of health and wholistic healing.
While giving nourishment to body, mind and spirit through daily practices and lessons, this 3-day retreat also includes a nature hike and side trips to some of Izu’s famous power spots.
Healing Arts
Each morning and afternoon we will practice yoga, and in discussions and hands-on practice learn about our meridian lines and how Eastern Medicine techniques can be applied every day for health and emotional well-being.
Throughout the restorative and rejuvenating weekend, you will learn healing arts that you can bring back with you and build on as part of a healthy lifelong routine.
Shimoda View Hotel
The retreat will be held at the landmark Shimoda View Hotel. Offering exquisite views, onsen, a quiet, well-appointed private space for our practices, and delicious cuisine, it's a perfect location for a relaxing and restorative weekend away.
Various packages are available including private or shared rooms; rooms with a private onsen; and vegetarian meals.
